where to find an overview of the Myst - Riven story ?

I just finished Riven succesfully ........ due to the Hints Pages - thank
you.
And I now want to start with Exile.
But I first would want to fully understand the entire Riven - Myst story,
because I have many questions - why is Riven unstable ? - what is the star
fissure ? .... etc .. etc..
I left years between Myst and Riven and also never finished Myst entirely.
Which is probably why I never fully enjoyed Riven.

So can somebody point out a brief overview of Myst and Riven, without
spoilers versus Exile.
And if it would be in Dutch and not too long that would be really perfect
....

The best site I have found is the D'ni Desk Reference at

There is just tons of stuff for all four games and a lot of background
information also. You will need to be a little carefull since there
are many spoilers, so you may want to avoid certain Exile-related
links.

I am sorry but I do not know of any Myst or Riven sites written in
Dutch. Can some other Myst fans help here, please?
